Today’s work culture is experiencing an engagement epidemic of epic proportions.  According to a recent Gallop poll, 70% of professionals are disengaged at work.  And  it’s no secret that the Millennial generation are hitting the “restart” button on their careers at shorter intervals than ever before.  In fact, 91% of Millennials expect to stay in a job less than 3 years and it’s costing organizations up to $25,000 to replace a single Millennial employee.  Attract, retain, and engage Millennials with a firm understanding of who they are and what specifically motivates them in today’s workplace.

Questions to be addressed:

  • What makes the Millennials truly different from other generations?

  • How are Millennial’s work preferences different from other generations?
  • What characteristics do Millennials look for in a workplace?
  • What are the top reasons Millennials decide to leave an organization?
  • What type of leadership do Millennials respond well to?
